Common used materials of hastelloy reactor include hastelloy C-276 ,C-22 and hastelloy B2, C2000, which are all belong to Nickel - Molybdenum - Chromium - Iron – Tungsten nickel base alloy. It is one of the most corrosion resistant modern metal materials. It mainly anti wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chlorate solution, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salt, with good corrosion resistance in low temperature and middle temperature hydrochloric acid. It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper making and environmental protecting industries.
