Magnetic driving is a technology based on the theory of modern magnetism, making use of the magnetic force generated by permanent magnet material or electromagnet, to realize contactless transmission of force or torque (power). Device supported with this technology is called magnetic driver, or magnetic transmission device, magnetic coupling, etc.

1.  Covert the dynamic sealing of axial transmission power of force to static sealing, thus to realize zero leakage transmission of power.

2. Can avoid vibration transmission and realize stable working.

3. No rigid coupling between active part and passive part; there is overload protecting function.

4. There is gap between active part and passive part; with simple structure and convenient maintenance.

5. Can realize motions like straight line, rotating and spiral compound; for example: displacement or angular two-dimension and three-dimension mechanical motion.

6. As the sealing performance of driving is good, it can be used in chemical places, etc.; environmental friendly.

Main Features

1. Use heat collecting type heating and the heated vessel is in an intense heat radiation completely. The heating rate is three times of other planar heating types, with uniform temperature and high efficiency, which is more suitable for the heating reaction of spherical flask.

2. Main components of magnetic mixer are of superior material. Motor is of DC big power, with big torque and low noise. The special made stainless steel heating pipe ages in high temperature of 8000℃ for 24 hrs.

3. Reasonable structure. The heat collecting tank is pressed by superior quality stainless steel and combines with special made heating pipe and high temperature resistant sealing. Can add water (water bath), oil (oil bath) and drying. This is the outstanding advantage of magnetic mixer, that using heating panel to separate the heating part and electrical cabinet, so that the electrical performance will not be influenced with the high temperature heating mixing.

Working Principle

The motor will drive the high temperature resistant magnet rotating to generate rotating magnetic field, which will drive the stirrers in vessel rotating, so that can mix the liquid in vessel. It can heat on the solution synchronously to make sure the solution is mixed and reacted sufficiently in the setting temperature.
