Homogeneous reactor

Homogeneous reactor is also called homogeneous mixing reactor and can be used to test mediums of same constituent in different conditions, or test mediums of different constituents in the same condition. It uses electro thermal blowing dry box as heating constant temperature device and drive the mixing shaft and micro reactor on mixing shaft to rotate by motor reducer, thus to finish mixing.

Features

Homogeneous reactor is composed of tank, rotating system, heating system and controlling system four parts normally. Tank is made of stainless steel; rotating system contains motor rotary supports. Controlling system mainly controls the temperature and rotating speed in tank. Homogeneous reactor is mostly used to test mediums of same constituent in different conditions, or test mediums of different constituents in the same condition for hydrothermal reactor. The rotating support can mix mediums in hydrothermal reactor sufficiently, so there are advantages of fast reaction speed, sufficient reaction and better than simple constant temperature effect. There is fixed position (set according to reactor volume) on the mixing shaft in tank. Tank dimension has 600×800×100 (can fill 12units of reactor with volume less than 200ML at one time) and 400×400×450 (can fill 6units of reactor with volume less than 100ML at one time), also can be designed according to client’s requirements.

Temperature of homogeneous reactor is displayed with constant temperature digital displaying instrument and customer can set the temperature accordingly. The mixing system has speed variator with adjusting speed from 0 to 200 rotation. It is convenient to operate and use, which is the ideal device for hydrothermal reactions in universities, pharmaceutical, chemical and R& D institutions, etc.
