50L vacuum reduced pressure distillation reactor
Operation theoretical basis of reduced pressure distillation device: boiling point of liquid refers to the temperature when its vapor pressure equals to the ambient pressure, which means boiling point of liquid changes along with the ambient pressure. If use vacuum pump help to reduce the pressure in system, it can reduce the boiling point of liquid also. Reduced pressure distillation is one of the common used methods for separating organic compounds that can be purified.

Main material: inner kettle of 0Cr18Ni9(304), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2(316L), 1Cr18Ni9Ti(321). Can be also of titanium (TA2), nickel, tantalum, zirconium, hastelloy or Teflon lining according to different medium requirements.
