Stainless steel material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti (321), 00Cr17Ni14MO2 (316L), 0Cr18Ni9 ( 304). All the medium contacting parts use 304 or 316L high quality stainless steel and conform to GMP standards.
1. Principle Features:
Stainless steel reactor has advantages of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation and no environment pollution. It can heat automatically without boiler, convenient to operate and the price is reasonable. Can be widely used in chemical, medicinal and food industries. Material is 304 stainless steel.
Structure principle and features: stainless steel reactor is composed of tank, tank cover, mixer, jacket, supporting, driving device and shaft sealing device, etc. Material and holes site can be customized according to customer’s requirements. Heating method includes electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling) and flame heating, etc. Jacket type has jacket type and external half-pipe type, oil heating jacket type is equipped with guiding device. Mixing type includes paddle type, anchor type, frame type, spiral stripe type and surface scraping type, etc. High rotating speed including decentralized impeller type, turbine type, high shear type and propeller type, customer can choose accordingly. Driving type includes common motor, explosion-proof motor, electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor and frequency converter, etc. Reducer has cycloidal pin gear speed type, worm wheel type and planetary infinitely variable speed type. Shaft seal includes common water cooling packing seal, combined teflon packing seal and mechanical seal. Medium discharge has ball valve and downward extended valve.
2. Application
Stainless steel reactor is a vessel widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine and food industry for vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization and condensation process, etc., like reactor, reaction vessel, resolving vessel and polymeric tank, etc. Reactor is mainly composed of tank, jacket, mixing device and supporting system. (thermal insulation part can be included according to the requirement)

4. Accessories
Mixing type is mainly frame type, to ensure the medium can be mixed uniformly in short time. Frame type, anchor type, paddle type and other types can be selected according to the requirement.
Sanitary mechanical seal is used to ensure the pressure inside reactor and avoid unnecessary pollution caused by medium leakage.
The connecting port is quick clamping type certified with ISO standard, convenient and sanitary.
Sterile breather, CIP clean sprayer, sight glass, flange, sanitary quick open manhole, etc.
5. Surface Treatment
Mirror polishing on internal surface to ensure no neglected sanitary corners. The totally-enclosed design can keep the medium always in sterile conditions. The external surface can be sandblasted, dull polished and cold-rolled primary color matte finished.
6. Heating and Cooling
Heating method includes steam heating, electrical heating and conduction oil heating, can meet requirements of different environment like acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, abrasion-resisting and corrosion-resisting.
