Structure and Configuration Technical Parameters

Temperature control: heating furnace has open-type, closed-type and vertical type, etc. Sensor chosen according to different temperature. Temperature controlling method includes overall temperature control and multistage program temperature control; the heating temperature can reach to 1000℃.

Configuration selectable: reactor material, pipelines, valves, displaying instruments, booster pump, measuring pump, vacuum pump, flow meter, circulating heater or freezer, condenser, separator and mixer depend on the technology and client’s requirements. Different types of mixing reactor is also available to select according to requirements.
