Product introduction

Esterification polycondensation reactor is a reaction device can finish esterification and polycondensation at the same time. Moisture and low molecular-weight polymer generating from the esterification reaction will be separated by rectifying column, packed tower and condenser. Turn off the esterification reaction valve and turn on the polycondensation valve when doing polycondensation reaction, then adjust the temperature higher and have many same or different low molecular-weight polymers to interact with each other and generate high molecular-weight polymer; at the same time collect the micro molecules separated out with condenser collecting tank. Esterification polycondensation reactor is widely used in organic synthesis and chemical fiber industries, etc.

Heating type: electrical heating, water circulation, conduction oil, steam and far infrared ray heating, etc.

Mixing shaft: the self-lubricating wear-resisting shaft sleeve is suitable for mixing various kinds of mediums

Mixing type: paddle type, anchor type and screw belt type.

Sealing type: magnetic sealing, mechanical sealing and packing sealing.

Motor: normal DC motor, or common used DC servo motor, or explosion-proof motor according to client’s requirements.

Main material: inner kettlof 0Cr18Ni9(304), 00Cr17Ni14Mo2(316L), 1Cr18Ni9Ti(321). Can be also of titanium (TA2), nickel, tantalum, zirconium, hastelloy or Teflon lining according to different medium requirements.
